Biography

Eric Branderiz has been a member of Symbotic’s Board of Directors since May 2025.

Eric retired from Enphase Energy in 2022, where he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial and accounting operations and a variety of capital markets activities. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Tesla. His previous roles included senior finance and accounting positions at SunPower Corporation, Knowledge Universe Corporation, Spansion and Advanced Micro Devices, after beginning his career at Ernst & Young.

Eric currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation and Fortive Corporation. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce with an emphasis on Accounting from The University of Alberta.
